Supply Room… WORK IN PROGRES
The Infamous Summit Supply Annex—Also known in ordinary circles as… the Supply Closet
By Anh Vu, FºS Media
There once was a closet. A closet so overstuffed, so perilous, so chaotic, that only the bravest dared open its door. Inside lurked paper towers, unruly yarn beasts, and craft supplies from forgotten ages. To seek one glue stick was to risk being buried alive in poster boards. It was not a supply closet—it was a supply mountain.
But this summer, a fellowship was formed. A band of co-op parents—armed with coffee, courage, and large trash bags—gathered to face the beast. Day after day, they dragged everything out into the light, sorted it, stacked it, and placed it neatly back—only to discover still more buried layers. Again and again, they pulled, hauled, sighed, and pressed on.
It seemed endless. But slowly—miraculously—the chaos gave way to order. The mountain shrank. Shelves reappeared. The closet breathed again. By the final push, there was no need to drag everything into the hallway. Sorting could happen right there, inside the closet itself—calm and steady, as if the beast had at last been tamed.
And so, by decree of the FºS Media Director: I dub thee The Summit Supply Annex. (But yes… you can still call it the “supply room.”)

The Annex now has a guardian: Arlene, our Supply Room Coordinator. She knows its paths and secret shelves. If you’re ever lost among labels, she’s your guide.

The Rules of the Summit
-
Take only what you need.
-
Return what you borrow.
-
If you finish something or see something is running low, leave word/post-it note for the guardian (Arlene).
-
Do not feed the mountain by tossing in mystery items. That is how it grows again.
The Map of the Summit
For those who dare to plan their journey in advance, the co-op has provided Libib, our enchanted inventory library. Here you can see every treasure in the Annex—from glitter glue to glue sticks—so you never have to wander blindly. Think of it as the map that guides all adventurers safely to the supplies they seek.
The legend of the Great Sorting belongs to all of us. May the Annex serve every co-op family well, and may its shelves never again become a labyrinth.
